This project is power monitoring control system，a power monitoring control centre is set in the building C2 to monitor the data of substation and generator room in the building C2，various substation in the building M3，substation in the building M4.
The fiber optic ring network is used in the programme power monitoring control system main network communication，the SIEMENS microcomputer protection communicates with the fiber-optic network switches in the sub-station，the fiber-optic network switches connect to the fiber-optic switches of the monitoring centre after cycled in the various sub-station，the data server receives the data from switches of monitoring centre，the server data is shared in the workstations.
