Laos XESET3 hydropower station is located in southern P.SARAVANof Laos,on the Xeset river，the tributary of the Mekong river's tributary Hole river，35km to the provincial capital citySaravane.The southern important town M.Pakxe located in P.Champassak is near the project，100km to the project location.There is 12km or so from the plant site to the built-up xeset2 dike，8km from the dike to the Paksong town.There is No.20 road connected from Saravane to Pakse，25km from via M.Laongam to the construction site.There is No.23 road connected from Pakse to Paksong.200km from the project toUbon of Thailand，930km or so to Bangkok.It is convenient relatively to the external traffic.
Power Station quoted flow rate 18.06m3 / s, the rated head 148m, installed 2,with a total installed capacity of 23MW, annual average power generation is about 80 millionkW.h，annual utilization hours 3478h.The project owner is Laos XESET3 hydropower Co.,ltd，NORTHINTERNATIONAL COOPERATIONINCORPORATED COMPANY as Party A.Development pattern for the EPC mode.
The MICOM system protection of SIEMENS is used in the project 115kV voltage level microcomputer comprehensive protection.
